At One Granite Place we ship a variety of items in many shapes and sizes. Some of our products like our natural stone tiles are heavy, and require non-traditional shipping methods.

Please realize that glass and stone tile is very heavy and we do everything we can to ensure that it makes it to you in the best condition possible.

*When shipped via Freight LTL, your order will be palletized and delivered to your home. The delivery truck will be equipped with a lift gate to get your order to the ground, however your order will be left at the end of the driveway, your order will not be delivered indoors. You must be present during the delivery. If delivery to a commercial building was used, please specify if it has a forklift or dock high door.

Your order may be broken up into multiple shipments. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

One Granite Place will accept returns, however it will be at the buyers expense. We ask that all customers order a sample kit before placing a full order. A sample kit verifies that the colors you see on your computer monitor and printer are true to the real color. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, only the cost of the tile, less a 15% restocking fee.

One Granite Place will accept returns on tile when there is a manufacturing defect. One Granite Place will either send additional tile or refund your purchase, including shipping. If the defect affects a large quantity of tile, One Granite Place may ask for photo verification. Individual tiles that have fallen from the mesh during shipping do not qualify as a defect. These tiles can be easily reinserted during installation.

There are no returns on sample kits.
